This is a great opportunity for you to join the English-speaking B2B sales and customer experience team, to support business clients from the UK and Ireland, after following complete training by certified instructors.
What you will do:
- Manage relationships with business clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth
- Drive B2B sales opportunities , identifying client needs and matching them with solutions
- Communicate with business customers via phone, chat & e-mail in English only
- Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
- Assist business customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
- Set up repairs for hardware-related issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
What you will bring:
- Fluency (C1-C2) in English (mandatory; no other languages required)
- Proven B2B sales experience (mandatory)
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Legal right to work in Greece (no visa sponsorship available)
