Role Overview
We are looking for an Spanish Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will support customers via phone, email, and chat—offering guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring a top-notch user experience. You'll represent leading global brands across diverse industries while working in a collaborative, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and empathetic support to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and service-related inquiries.
- Accurately log customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow brand-specific guidelines and quality standards.
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.
Requirements
- Native or near-native level of Spanish .
- Good command of English (B2 or higher) .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotating-shift environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Salary & Bonus
- Monthly Gross Salary: €1,045.72 × 14 salaries per year.
- Performance Bonus: Up to €200 per month.
Note: Salary and bonus may vary depending on the project. Final compensation details will be confirmed in the official offer letter.
