About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll provide outstanding assistance in your native or fluent language to customers across Europe and worldwide.
This role is based in Athens, Greece — a vibrant, sunny city known for its beaches, culture, and Mediterranean lifestyle. While relocation is required for onboarding and training, you can continue working remotely or on-site from Greece afterward.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in your assigned language.
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-focused support .
- Accurately record interactions and follow company processes.
- Escalate complex cases to specialist teams when needed.
- Meet or exceed targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
Requirements
- No prior experience needed.
- Fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Turkish, Portuguese, French, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish, or Czech.
- Good level of English (for training and internal communication).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills .
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Athens (remote work available after relocation).
- Important: Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece (visa sponsorship is not available).
