French Customer Support Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a French Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will support customers via phone, email, and chat—offering guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring a top-notch user experience. You’ll represent leading global brands across diverse industries while working in a collaborative, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and empathetic support to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and service-related inquiries.
• Accurately log customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow brand-specific guidelines and quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.

Requirements

• Native or near-native level of French .
• Good command of English (B2 or higher) .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotating-shift environment.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Salary & Bonus

• Monthly Gross Salary: €1,000 - 1200 Euro × 14 salaries per year.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €300 per month.
